During the last article, I talked about Sony Marvel films I think would be announced at Sony’s Cinemacon presentation. Well in this article I’m gonna talk about films that probably won’t be announced at their presentation but seem like the kind of Sony Marvel film they would announce and make.
BIG WHEEL

There’s not much to say about this one. Jackson Weele is a villain who drives a big wheel with guns and arms mounted on it…….. It’s Sony THE SAME PEOPLE WHO ANNOUNCED EL MUERTO IT’S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE WE GET THE BIG WHEEL MOVIE.
SILVER SABLE/BLACK CAT

I’m putting these two together because Sony was working on a film which featured the two characters as leads called “Silver & Black” which got canned so they could both have solo movies which we haven’t had an update for since
I hope Sony does pick this movie up again because, in March of this year, a novel written by Cath Lauria called “Silver Sable: payback” was released and during the book, Silver Sable ends up having to team up with Black Cat and they end up having a fun relationship in the book that I think written by the right person would work well as a movie.
A friend of mine silver got to review the Silver Sable payback book and sums it up better than I can so if you want to check it out here’s a link.
Also, shameless plug I got to interview the writer of Silver Sable payback so go give that a read when your done

SCORPION

Played by Michael Mando in the post-credit scene of Spider-man Homecoming we haven’t seen him since which is a shame because it looks like Michael would have played the part of Scorpion well. Personally, I think Sony should bring him back as a villain in Tom Hollands Spider-man 4 instead of giving him a film but I hope they find some way in the future to use this character.
MORBIUS 2

The only reason I’m adding this is because I forgot to add Morbius 2 in the last article I did. Although Morbius isn’t seen as a success the film did become a meme for a word that didn’t even feature in the film “MORBING TIME” and Matt Smiths’ dancing scene. We all know if Sony announces this film it will just be so they can call it “MORBIUS 2: ITS MORBING TIME” or so Jared Leto can say “ITS MORBING TIME”.
NEW ANIMATED FILM

With insider Mytimetoshinehello saying on Twitter that Beyond the Spider-verse might be the end of Miles’s story and seeing how successful Into the Spider-verse was and how successful the next two films could be I can see them announcing a new spider-man related movie.
If they do I hope they step away from the Spider-verse and make and movie where Spider-Man deals with a ground-level threat and struggles with his duty as a hero and his social life. I know the short film “Spider Within” which is connected to the world of Across the spider-verse will tackle this and likey Tom Holland’s spider-man 4 as well but it would be nice to see a full length animated film tackle this.
