CinemaCon, where Studios come together once a year and show off the latest films and make new announcements to press and cinema owners alike.
Although Sony hasn’t been announced yet, they attend every year. So here are my predictions for the Sony presentation for their Marvel films.
I will rate them from high chance, medium chance to low chance of getting announced.
CinemaCon will take place between April 8th – 11th 2024.
High Chance Of Happening
Venom 3
Venom 3 is currently filming with a release date set for November 8th 2024, so I reckon we will get a title reveal and maybe a first look at the film.
Kraven The Hunter
Currently slated for the 30th of August 2024. Sony will probably show a clip or the first 15-20 minutes of the film.
Medium Chance Of Happening
Spider-man 4
With rumours that Spider-Man 4 is going into production late next year, we could get a title and date reveal for the film.
New Film Announcement
With El Muerto dead Sony will want to replace that with another project, so who knows what film they will announce.
Low Chance Of Happening
Beyond The Spider-Verse
Due to the reports on how the animators were treated during the making of Across the Spider-verse, they will probably take their time making Beyond the Spider-verse, they could announce a new date but I don’t see that happening till they are at least 75% done.
Sinister Six
As of writing this, it’s currently rumored that Sony are trying to make a sinister six movie again, so there’s a small chance they could announce it.
Miles Morales Live Action Film
It’s been known for a while that Sony is doing a live-action Miles Morales film, and recent rumours suggest Sony is currently looking for a writer for the film, so maybe we could get an announcement here.
