As most of you know, after you complete the main storyline in Marvel’s Spider-Man 1 and Miles Morales, you get to play the story again with all of your gear and equipment you’ve earned through your first playthrough as part of New Game+. Sadly, for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, that is not the case. But, think that no more!
On February 7, 2024 @ 12:00 PM EST, Insomniac tweeted out that New Game+, new suits, and more are set to release as part of a big update on March 7. After the news dropped, fans were very happy, whilst others weren’t so happy, claiming that March 7 was “too far”.
Last year, Insomniac was hacked – The hackers had vital information to Insomniac’s employees, actors, and even unrevealed games! Luckily, it didn’t last very long but, it came with the cost of those unrevealed games being leaked and the Mary Jane Watson face model getting harassed. Many speculated that due to Insomniac getting hacked, that is why March 7 is their planned release for the title update.
